Keeping an updated 5 Year Plan allows the ZNLA to look ahead, planning goals for fundraising, and bidding potential contractors and suppliers to complete work. Our current 5 Year Plan is outlined below, as put together by Hunter Secor Physical Plant Manager:
2018 – Energy Efficient Window Replacement Project
- Replacing all upstairs windows with triple pane glass replacements
- Replace balcony doors with energy efficient new double door
2019 – Heating System Refresh Project
- Fixing/Replacing baseboard heaters in rooms
- Boiler Service and Updating Parts
- Adding 2nd Hot Water Tank
2020 – Basement Maintenance Project
- Basement foundation wall repairs
- Basement floor repair
2021 – Siding Update Project
- Replace wood siding on front of house
2022 – Side Porch Remodel Project
- Replace porch rotting supports
- Remodel porch ceiling, floor, and exteriror
